My name is Yu-Hsuan Vivian Lai, and I am a fourth-year graphic design student at Vancouver Island University.
I’m a designer with a big love for art, storytelling, and all the small details that bring an idea to life. I’ve always been drawn to visuals, not just because they’re nice to look at but because they can say so much without needing words. Over time, that curiosity grew into a passion for design, and now I get to create things that help people connect, understand, or just feel something.
I’m especially into visual storytelling, branding, and motion, anything that blends creativity with meaning. Whether it’s a clean layout, a subtle animation, or a bold colour choice, I try to make sure everything I make with intention.
